Constellations- are sections of the sky that contain recognizable star patterns.

Back when constellations were first used they were used for navigation and to keep track of time.

Different people have different names for the same constellations.

An example is one constellation the Greeks saw a hunter named Orion but the Japanese saw a drum.

Constellations are a big part of us because they tell a story.

Its fun hearing the stories about how each constellation was made.

They also help keep the sky organized.
