The war years. Possibly PPCLI Princess Patricia Canadian Light Infantry. The PPCLI authority to mobilize was August 10, 1914. The regiment received their colours and regimental standard on August 23, 1914 from Princess Patricia at Lansdowne Park.

Inside the Aberdeen Pavilion (“Cattle Castle”). Designed by Moses Eadie, completed 1898 for the Central Canada Exhibition. One of the original Stanley Cup series was played inside in the early 1900's.
Front Entrance to the Horticulture Building. Designed by Francis Conroy Sullivan 1914 in prairie style from his influence as the only Canadian student of Frank Lloyd Wright. Francis Sullivan worked under Moses C. Edey, architect of the Aberdeen Pavilion.
