Steering BracketKeep all stock components removed from machine.Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted.1. Remove (4) Bolts and (4) Spacers from
Steering Bracket. See Fig. 1.2. Remove Rectifier. See Fig. 2.3. Remove Lower Shaft from Rack and Pinion.
See Fig. 3.4. Install Steering Shaft (C) to Rack and Pinion
with supplied hardware. See Fig. 4.5. Install Motor Mount (M) and Reinforcement
Bearing (U) to Motor (A) with M8-1.25 x 25mm Lg. FHCS (G) and attach assembly to Steering Shaft (C) with supplied hardware. See Fig. 5. Tighten completely.
6. Install U-Joint (D) to Steering Shaft and Motor (A) with supplied hardware. See Fig. 7 and U-Joint Connection. Tighten completely.
7. Install Mounting Bracket (B) to Frame: Fig. 8- Use Rectifier hardware to hold in place.- Measure 6” from Support hardware. - Mark and drill as shown.- Secure with M8-1.25 x 55mm Lg. HHCS (R),
M8 Flat Washers (P), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (Q).
8. Reinstall Rectifier to Mounting Bracket (B) with M6-1.0 x 35mm Lg. HHCS (J), M6 Lock Washers (L), M6 Flat Washers (K) and (2) stock Spacers (removed during Step 1). See Fig. 8.
9. Join Mounting Bracket (B) and Motor Plate (M) with M8-1.25 x 25mm Lg. HHCS (N), M8 Flat Washers (P), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (Q). See Fig. 9.
10. Install Control Box (E) to Mounting Bracket (B) with M6-1.0 x 16mm Lg. HHCS (H) and connect Wiring Harness (F). See Fig. 10, Connections, and Wiring Details.
11. Remove Reverse Lockout Cable and install Lockout Bracket (S) with M6-1.0 x 16mm Lg. HHCS (V), M6 Flat Washers (K), and M6-1.0 Nylock Nut (W). See Fig. 11.
12. Do not include (2) remaining stock Spacers when resecuring Steering Bracket.
13. Tighten all hardware completely.

FINAL PREPARATIONS:1. Secure any wires and/or cables that could interfere with power steering components.2. Ensure that no power steering components interfere with stock components.

Diagnostic LightSecure Diagnostic Light in a visible location.
When activated, Diagnostic Light will flash (1) time for about (1) second before turning off indicating proper function. Should different patterns occur, contact SuperATV.
