HIV TELEECHO CLINICPeople living with chronic medical conditions achieve better healthcare outcomes when they are treated by providers in their own communities who are knowledgeable about their condition. The HIV TeleECHO Clinic unites a multi-disciplinary team of experts in HIV care via videoconference with healthcare providers treating HIV patients in rural, under served, and key population areas. Individual cases are presented by the treating provider and discussed by the group in order to provide consultative advice on the clinical management of HIV patients. Relevant peer-reviewed articles, literature, and resources are circulated to participants to enhance their knowledge base and continuing medical education credits are provided.

WE AT ECHO WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOU TO ENROLL IN THE HIV TELEECHO CLINIC
Project ECHO® & New Mexico AIDS Education and Training Center welcome you to participate in our weekly HIV TeleECHO Clinic. The curriculum will build on itself and is designed to help providers not familiar with the treatment of HIV to become familiar and then proficient in the treatment of HIV in a primary care setting. We encourage providers to present cases for discussion.
CME/CPE are available for each hour for those who complete on-line registration and post-session evaluations.
Any healthcare provider (including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, social workers, case managers, mental health specialists, nutritionists, prevention specialists, DOH staff, etc.) with an interest in HIV who completes the online teleECHO registration.
All participants are also asked to complete an on-line PIF (Participant Information Form) once a year and an on-line evaluation for each session attended. For confidentiality, HIPPA compliance, and professionalism, please identify yourself when you join each teleECHO session so that we can verify that you are a qualified healthcare professional. TeleECHO sessions are not open to t he general public or patients.Course Schedule: Weekly, Tuesdays at 12:00-1:00 PM, Mountain Time.
