CHALLENGE:

Due to the format of our workshops, it was difficult to build in reflection time with the TA’s after the students left.

QUESTION:

What are some other approaches to nurturing and facilitating ongoing reflection among TA’s and program staff?

CHALLENGE:

Production work at professional DAW’s is resource-intensive and difficult to scale. Our lesson on iPads felt like the most ‘scalable’ of the 8 lessons.

QUESTION:

What are some ways that other organizations are thinking about spread & scale of resource-intensive work?
