If so…come to this important meeting and get involved in YOUR neighborhood. We need people who want change. Let’s all work together to make where we live safe and clean! DUTIES -NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL EXECUTIVE BO Plans and directs the work of the Neighborhood Coun represents the Neighborhood Council before any gr individual, subject to the direction and review of the G Membership. Executive Board Members serve a one year term, elect majority vote of the General Membership. No abse proxy voting is permitted. The Executive Board consists of the positions of Chai Chair, Secretary and/or Treasurer, and may include from three Members-at-Large. The Executive Board must co at least four, but not more than seven members to be a council. DUTIES OF THE CHAIRMAN  Presides over all meetings of the Neighborhood Co General Membership and Executive Board.   Appoints all committees and/or dissolves any com with the approval of a majority of the Executive Bo  Is an ex-officio member of all standing committees  Responds to questions concerning procedures and business of the Neighborhood Council.     DUTIES -NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL EXECUTIVE BOARD Plans and directs the work of the Neighborhood Council and represents the Neighborhood Council before any group or individual, subject to the direction and review of the General Membership.

    Executive Board Members serve a one year term, elected by a majority vote of the General Membership. No absentee or proxy voting is permitted.

    The Executive Board consists of the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and/or Treasurer, and may include from one to three Members-at-Large. The Executive Board must consist of at least four, but not more than seven members to be an active council.

    DUTIES OF THE CHAIRMAN

    Presides over all meetings of the Neighborhood Council General Membership and Executive Board.

    Appoints all committees and/or dissolves any committee with the approval of a majority of the Executive Board.

    Is an ex-officio member of all standing committees. Responds to questions concerning procedures and

    business of the Neighborhood Council.
