wheels(D)areflushwiththeI-beam,tightenthelocknutcompletely.5. Toadjusttheclearancedistancebetweentherollingsleeve(M)andtheI-beamonthegearedtrolley,loosentheaxlelocknut(P)andmove
theaxle(O)totherequireddistancebeforetighteningtheaxlenutagain.
Safe use instructions
1. EnsurethatthetrolleyisofthecorrectWorkLoadLimit(WLL)fortheloadandthereissufficientadjustmenttofitthebeamwidth.2. Adjustthetrolleytoallowapproximately1.5mm-3mmsideclearance(F)betweenthewheelflangesandthebeamflange.3. Ensurethatthebeamisfittedwithsuitableendstops.4. Onlyuseforloadssuspendeddirectlybelowthetrolley.Donotsidepull.5. Alwayspushratherthanpulltheloadsuspendedonthetrolley.6. Nevertravelaloadoveranybody.7. Onceinstalledcheckthetrolleytoensurethatthereisfreeandsafetravelalongthebeam.8. Alwaysensurethatthetrolleyiskeptcleanandthemovingpartsarelubricated.9. Neverexceedthestatedpullforceforthehandchainonthegearedtrolley.10.Bearings,gearsandI-beamsurfaceshouldbewellgreasedregularlyandallboltsandnutscheckedtomakesuretheyaretight.
