Gingerbread Granola Whisk ½ cup each olive oil and maple syrup with 1 tsp Epicure’s Gingerbread Spices. Gradually stir in 3 cups quinoa flakes. Spread out on Epicure’s Baking Sheet lined with Epicure’s Silicone Baking Mat. Bake in preheated 400° F oven, stirring often until crunchy, about 25 mins. Cool, then stir in 1 cup each of chopped almonds, dried apricots, and sliced dried figs. Store in a glass jar up to 2 weeks.

Mango Curry Spiced Nuts Toss 3 cups mixed unsalted nuts with 3 Tbsp Epicure’s Mango Curry Dip Mix, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tsp sugar. This is a holiday get-together with benefits! Gather friends, share some holiday cheer, and come home with cookies. Lots of them!

Hosting a cookie swap?· Be creative! Host a swap at home, your local coffee shop, or even at the office during lunch.

· Ask guests to make at least one dozen cookies for every person participating.

· Provide or suggest solutions for take-home containers. Let guests know ahead of time what to bring: Epicure’s Prep Bowls, glass jars, cookie tins, etc.

· Add a DIY touch. Have ribbon and gift tags available for turning cookies into “gifts to give”.

Attending a swap?· Choose cookies that travel well! Avoid brittle baked goods.· Add delicate decorations, such as icing, chocolate drizzle, and powdered sugar at the swap. Pack them in Epicure’s Prep Bowls.

Five-Minute Fudge Makes 12–16 pieces Combine ⅔ cup evaporated milk, 1 ½ cups sugar, and ½ tsp salt in Epicure’s Eclipse© Coated Professional Frying Pan. Simmer, stirring often, 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp Epicure’s Vanilla Extract, 1 ¼ cups Epicure’s Dark Belgian Chocolate, 16 marshmallows, and ½ cup chopped walnuts until evenly mixed. Pour into foil-lined square pan and smooth top. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

Double-Ginger Crackle Top Cookies Makes 48 cookies Cream ¾ cup shortening with ½ cup each sugar and packed brown sugar. Beat in 1 egg, then 2 Tbsp molasses. Gradually stir in a mixture of 2 cups flour with ¼ cup chopped crystallized ginger, 2 tsp baking soda, and 2 tsp each Epicure’s Cinnamon (ground) and Epicure’s Ginger, and ½ tsp salt. Roll into 1” balls, then roll each ball in granulated sugar. Place on Epicure’s Baking Sheet lined with Epicure’s Silicone Baking Mat. Slightly flatten cookies and bake in a preheated 375° F oven for 10 mins.

Almond Meringue Kisses Makes 24 kisses Beat 4 large egg whites with 1 cup sugar, a pinch of salt, and ⅛ tsp lemon juice on low speed until foamy. Increase speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in 2 tsp Epicure’s Vanilla Extract and ½ tsp almond extract. Fold in ½ cup finely ground almonds. Drop by heaping tsp onto Epicure’s Baking Sheet lined with Epicure’s Silicone Baking Mat. Bake in 250° F oven for 35 mins and with kisses still in the oven, let them dry for 30 mins.

Snowballs Makes 36 snowballs Cream ½ cup each butter and shortening with ½ cup icing sugar and ½ tsp Epicure’s Vanilla Extract. Stir in 2 cups flour and ½ tsp salt. Roll into 1” balls and place on Epicure’s Baking Sheet lined with Epicure’s Silicone Baking Mat. Bake in 350° F oven 8–10 mins. Cool completely. Stir 2 ¼ cups icing sugar with 3 Tbsp hot water. Coat balls with glaze, then roll in shredded coconut.

Classic Holiday Gingerbread Cookies Makes 60 cookies Cream ½ cup butter with ½ cup packed brown sugar. Beat in 1 egg and ½ cup molasses. Whisk 3 cups flour with 1 Tbsp Epicure’s Gingerbread Spices, ½ tsp Epicure’s Baking Powder and ½ tsp salt, then gently stir into butter mixture. Form dough into 2 balls, then flatten to form discs. Wrap and chill for 30 mins. Roll dough on a floured surface, then cut into shapes. Bake in 350° F oven until crispy, 10–12 mins.

Almond Crescents Makes 36 crescents Stir 2 cups all-purpose flour with 1 cup ground almonds and ¼ tsp salt. Cream 1 cup butter and ¾ cup sifted icing sugar. Mix in 1 tsp Epicure’s Vanilla Extract and 2 tsp almond extract. Beat in flour mixture. Chill dough until slightly firm. Roll walnut-sized pieces of dough into short 2" ropes, then form into crescents. Place on Epicure’s Baking Sheet lined with Epicure’s Silicone Baking Mat. Slightly flatten cookies and bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 12–15 mins. Cool completely, then generously dust with icing sugar.
