For nearly 60 years Pathfinder Homes has been aleading manufacturer of luxurious residential parkhomes and innovative holiday lodges that bringground-breaking concepts to the industry resulting inthe company winning ‘Lodge of the Year’ two yearsin a row, 2013 and 2014.

The Summit Lodgeis Hitting the Heights

Page 9: Holiday Parks Management Magazine Issue 18 May/June

Now Pathfinder is tipped to follow thisincredible success with its latest lodge calledThe Summit, which was first unveiled at TheIdeal Home Show in Olympia this Spring.

Pathfinder Homes once again collaboratedwith the Dream Lodge Group on the creationof The Summit, having successfully workedtogether in the past - notably on La BelleMaison, which won the Ultimate Lodge of theYear Award in 2013.

The Summit was the only timber-framedholiday lodge at the exhibition, and what aground-breaking design it was! Simon Moir,Dream Lodge Group’s Managing Directorcame up with the concept after a luxuriousskiing break in the Alps and the Pathfinderteam turned it into a reality.

With a largely natural palette of coloursenhanced by accents of scarlet, the décor ofthe lodge takes its inspiration from the greatoutdoors, with Himalayan and Tibetaninfluences. The result is one of comfort andopulence combined, which has the wowfactor, while ensuring families will feel rightat home.

The exterior of the Summit is finishednaturally, with cedar cladding, dark greyframes and perfectly square glass panes, which all cohesively creates a snugenvironment. Inside, Pathfinder’s team ofinterior designers have created a large openplan living area and an attractivesitting/dining room featuring a curvedtelevision with media surround sound systemresting on bespoke fitted units and fireplace.A feature wall in real stone cladding isparticularly spectacular.

Just behind the living space is the sociableopen kitchen with hanging extractor, fulloven and ceramic induction hob withintegrated dishwasher, microwave, winecooler and racks. The worktops are Corian asis the bar, which creates a cozy socializingspot, illuminated by four hanging pendantlamps. The dining area has a large bespokedining table and matching chairs wherealtogether ten people could be seated. There are 3 luxurious bedrooms, two withgorgeous en suite bathrooms featuring bluestone marble basins and under-floor heating. There is also a snug den with bespokebunkbeds and built in TV. There is a furtherseparate toilet and basin for guests in the hall.

“We put so much thought and attention todetail into every lodge we create,” Mike Wills, Pathfinder MD told Holiday ParksManagement Magazine at The Ideal HomeShow. “We work at least a year ahead andwe source every element carefully to ensurethat we create an environment that is bothinspirational but comfortable and hard-wearing. With The Summit, we have choseninteresting textures such as stone, fur throwsand natural wood to create a décor thatworks well all year round and which could bepersonalized to suit individual tastes.”

Dream Lodge Group offer the Summit as afantastic investment opportunity for investorslooking for a guaranteed 8% per annum forthe first 3 years from the lodge. Funded by

their superb holiday group, Dream LodgeGroup are able to present a sound return oninvestment with the incredible demand forholidays. They may struggle to allow holidaytime for you!

Pathfinder Homes and The Dream LodgeGroup will together be presenting TheSummit again at the Grand Designs LiveShow, which takes place in May at Excel.

Lake District Caravan Park findsPods are Perfect for friendsSuper-luxury pods on a Lake District caravan park are proving ahit with people who want to take a break with their friends –but keep their own space.

Skelwith Fold says its new Hideaway pods have been warmlywelcomed by holiday home owners wanting to share theirexperiences with another couple, but not the same roof.

Until this year, it was only possible to stay on the 130-acreAmbleside park if you owned one of its 300 caravan holidayhomes, or came with a touring caravan or motorhome.

For 2015, however, Skelwith Fold has created a small settlementof Hideaway pods in a quiet forest glade which can he hired bycouples for three-night breaks.

Each features a comfortable double bed, shower and loo, kitchenzone with microwave, oven and fridge, TV, and lounge-cum-dining space.

Measuring 14ft x 10ft, the pods also boast large picturewindows, and folding fully-glazed doors leading onto a timberdecking area with a pull-out sunshade.

Skelwith Fold director Henry Wild said the Hideaways proved animmediate success – but that, surprisingly, a large number ofbookings were being made by holiday home owners:

"We discovered that a many owners had long wanted to invite acouple of their friends of family to join them on a stay, but wereless keen on compromising their privacy," said Henry.

"The pods are a perfect solution because the two parties canshare their daytimes and evenings together, but then go theirown separate ways at bed-time.”

Massive Refurbishment at Port Haverigg

A £1.2 Million refurbishment programmeis taking place at one of Wyldecrest’ssoon-to-be flagship Holiday Parks atMarina Village, Port Haverigg.

Plans include new tarmac roadsthroughout the entire site, drives for allplots, new plot bases and also a brandnew play area. All of this is to improve,

not only the quality of the entire park, but also toaccommodate a new development phase. New “premium”plots will be perfectly merged with our 197 current caravansand lodges, offering stunning views of the watersports andfishing lake.

“I’m completely delighted with this improvement programme”,says Alfie Best. “We are working to increase our holiday makersquality of life, but also moving forward, to offer even morepeople the chance of spending true quality time with friendsand family at this stunning park, in this amazing location, whichis full of potential”, adds the Wyldecrest Parks’ Chairman.

Wyldrecrest Parks is also breathing life back in to Port HaveriggMarina Village, by developing the unique facilities offered bythis park located near the picturesque town of Millom, surrounded by sandy beaches and amazing landscapes. Thisincludes revamping the “Watersports and Marina”, which offersa wide range of watersports ativities with fully accreditedinstructors, one-to-one tuition and equipment hire.

The lake has recently hosted The UK WakeboardingChampionships and is popular with water skiers from beginnerto professional level. Sports fans may have seen documentariesabout the Port Haverigg Watersports Team, featured on Channel4 and The Extreme Channel on SKY TV.

From October of this year, newGovernment legislation will mean thatholiday park owners and other landlordswill be required by law to install workingsmoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

It is believed that the move could helpprevent up to 26 deaths and 670 injuries ayear.

England's 46 fire and rescue authorities are

expected to support private landlords intheir own areas to meet their newresponsibilities with the provision of freealarms, with grant funding fromgovernment.

The Building & Engineering ServicesAssociation (B&ES) welcomes thisdevelopment as a positive step towardsmaking tenanted households safer. MarkOakes, Head of Specialist Group Services at

B&ES, said: "We welcome this newlegislation as it will mean landlords willhave to install smoke alarms on eachstorey of their property and carbonmonoxide alarms in the rooms consideredmost at risk from high levels of carbonmonoxide and to check the alarms are inworking order at the start of any newtenancy.

"We especially applaud the inclusion ofcarbon monoxide alarms in the legislation;the vast majority of landlords offer a goodservice and have installed smoke alarms intheir properties but the same cannot besaid of carbon monoxide alarms.”

Park News Ullswater familyscoops topholiday awardFamily and staff at Park FootCaravan and Camping Park nearPooley Bridge in Cumbria arecelebrating after gaining a top national accolade in the annual AAholiday awards.

The park, on the shores of Ullswater, was named as the overallwinner in the "Holiday Centre of the Year" category of the honours, beating more than 3000 other parks in Britain to the title.

The Elite Show, which aptly took place at Rizon Jet, Biggin Hill Airport, is London’s mostexclusive jet-set lifestyle event. energy contracts

for UK holiday parks

With oil pricesdropping we haveseen lower energyprices - but howdoes thisrelationship reallywork and shouldyou fix long term orshort term energycontracts for yourholiday park? For the answer Iturned to RichardKing, newlyappointed Head ofExternal Sales atPower Solutions UKbased in Chester, abusiness I have along associationwith.

Previously Richardhas worked for overtwelve years as apower and gastrader on thewholesale energymarkets in bothLondon and Europe, working forInternational Power,GDF Suez and ESBInternational. He isa member of theChartered Instituteof Securities andInvestment.

by Adam BeckettLeisure Park Energy

Page 15: Holiday Parks Management Magazine Issue 18 May/June

How do you see the energy marketsdeveloping in 2015?

Wholesale power prices have beenparticularly volatile in the last 6 monthsdriven primarily by dramatically falling oilprices. From a high of $115 in June 2014 theprice of a barrel of Brent crude fell to a 6 yearlow of $47 in early January this year, causedby an oversupplied market due to theincreased supply of new shale oil productionin North America. However we have seen arecent stabilisation in oil prices around the$60 mark, which represents the breakevencost for most of the new supplies on the oilmarket. A recent cut in the production ofnatural gas from the giant Groningen gasfield in the Netherlands also caused a rise ingas prices across Europe in February, andthere have also been recent supply issues inthe Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

How does the political situation in Ukraineeffect UK energy prices?

The potential for supply disruption toEuropean energy markets remains a very realthreat while the conflict continues in EasternUkraine as Russia remains the single mostimport exporter of oil and gas into Europe.Last year Russia supplied 34% of all EU oilimports and nearly 40% of natural gasimports, with a large proportion utilisingpipelines through neighbouring transitcountries such as Ukraine. Russia has usedthe threat of oil and gas supply interruptionsto further its political goals in the past, andposes a very real upside risk to energy prices.Additional geopolitical tensions in oil and gasexporting countries such as Libya, Nigeria andIraq as well as the ISIS insurgency in theMiddle East all add to the threat ofdisruptions to energy supplies and pricevolatility as well.

What about the outlook for the globaleconomy?

The Eurozone has reported slightly positiveeconomic growth of 0.3% in the last quarterof 2014, supported mainly by strong growthof 0.7% in both Germany and Spain. As loweroil prices and falling exchange rates feedtheir way into the economy expect furthersigns of recovery across Europe, with theincrease in economic activity driving an

increase in demand for energy products. TheUS economy continues its recent solid growthwith a 2% rise in Q4 2014 although this ismitigated somewhat by slower economicgrowth in China caused by high levels of debtand serviceability. Elsewhere in Asia demandfrom Japan for natural gas products looks setto fall with the planned restart of some ofthe country’s nuclear power stations whichhave remained dormant since the Fukushimaaccident of 2010, with the result thatadditional supplies of LNG will becomeavailable on the global market.

What about the impact of green subsidieson UK energy bills?

While the direction of the wholesale marketsis highly significant, the fact is that thewholesale price makes up less than half ofthe total bill charged to the end consumer ofgas and electricity in the UK. Operating costsand margin will vary between each of thedifferent supply companies, but an increasingaspect of all energy bills is the pass throughcost of the various subsidies and green leviesplaced on energy bills to encourage the useof renewable forms of energy as well assupporting social protection schemes. Forexample the rate of carbon tax imposed ongenerators will nearly double from April 2015and there are further increases planned forthe Climate Change Levy imposed on

business’ energy bills, although there areexemptions from CCL for certain industries.

What do you recommend for energybuyers looking to secure their gas andelectricity contracts?

Due to the recent falls in energy contractscurrent energy prices represent good valuefor money for customers looking to takeadvantage of long term energy deals asrecent wholesale price movements indicatean upward trend from a 6 year low throughthe increased economic growth prospects inEurope and North America. This is coupledwith the potential for price spikes driven bygeopolitical conflict in Eastern Europe and theMiddle East, and the possible for additionalgreen levies to be passed on to endconsumers following the UK General Electionin May.

By locking into long term fixed deals using adedicated energy broker, customers cansecure the lowest possible energy pricesagainst these medium term threats, as wellas protecting themselves from exposure toroll over or out of contract rates at the end ofthe current deals from their current supplier.

Redemption machines and holiday parks areactually the perfect combination. Whereasvideo games may be suitable for older kidsand young adults, redemption will attract thewhole family from toddler through tograndparent and has the added bonus ofgiving something back to the player in theform of tickets that can be exchanged for aprize.

“A holiday park will likely have guests of allages whereas an average FEC may expectpredominantly younger visitors. If theweather turns bad and there’s no where elseto go you want a good mix of games to keepall ages engaged all day long,” says MattBland from The United Distributing Company(UDC).

00www. holidayparksmanagement.com

16

Redemption has grown hugely in amusementarcades in the UK in the last 10 years. It requires adifferent approach to regular amusement machineoperation and as a result, some holiday parks have

been reluctant to make the investment. However, as Steph Norbury discovers,

the rewards can make it more than worth it.

RedeemerThe Great

Squirt A Gator fromInstance Automatics

www. holidayparksmanagement.com

Page 17: Holiday Parks Management Magazine Issue 18 May/June

“Holiday parks need to appeal to their visitors24hrs a day. They need to have a bit ofeverything to appeal to a range of differenttypes of people, to keep them on sitethroughout the day and evening. This is theirholiday, they've spent all year saving up forit, so it has got to be an extra specialexperience in every way. It is a fine balance,”says Ian Eason of Instance Automatics.

“Redemption has grown massively over thepast year and it is ideal for holiday parks inthat winnings in the form of points ortickets are then used at the redemptioncounter instead of being taken off the site,”he adds.

As a result, a successful redemptionoperation within an arcade or a holidaypark is dependent also on the quality of theprizes themselves, which must be displayedin a way that is enticing – if the operatorwants to maximise returns.

As Justin Burke, General Manager/Sales atSega Amusements Europe points out, “Aredemption counter must be treated like aretail opportunity in order to entice theplayer. More holiday parks are realizing thatoffering redemption can increase the dwelltime. It offers family fun and this increasesloyalty for customers. Some of the smallerparks are now seeing that redemption isworth the investment, in both time andlabour,” he adds.

If this sounds like hard work, fear not, asmany of the leading suppliers ofredemption games, such as Sega, alsosupply prizes and have the expertise to beable to suggest the best mix of machines

as well as the best range of prizes to choose. Another such company is Bandai NamcoAmusement Ltd, whose prize division cansupply everything from sweets costing a fewpence to licensed plush from the latestblockbuster movies such as Home and Seanthe Sheep and even reasonably priced buthighly desirable electronics.

The company’s Darrell Simmonds advises,“Make sure you have a wide range of prizesto encourage repeat visits throughout theholiday. This should include a variety of low-end confectionary so that little ones whoonly play a couple of machines with theirparents get to walk away with a treat.”The end result is not only happy holiday-makers but also good revenues for the parkitself. Darrell has seen more redemptionmachines in holiday parks than fruitmachines in recent years.

Another time and stress saver for holidayparks operating redemption machines, is amanagement system that not onlyautomatically counts the tickets via ‘ticketeating’ machines but can also manage thestock of prizes and be linked into card loyaltysystems which can even do away with theneed for holiday parks to deal with cash intheir arcades.

Leading supplier Electrocoin has recentlysupplied two ticket eating and point of salesystems into holiday parks.

The company’s Kevin Weir explains, “Theycouldn’t cope with the volume of businessand needed the best, fastest, quickest mostreliable ticket eaters and also the POSterminals to be able to serve customersquickly and more effectively (therefore moreprofitably) because customers don’t like tostand in long queues on their last day toredeem their tickets!”

Redemption games themselves come in allshapes and prizes but tend to involve theplayer having to complete a seeminglysimple task in order to win as many tickets aspossible. Of course, it is never quite as easyas it appears to hit the jackpot – either byhitting, stomping, stopping the light orspinning the wheel but thanks to the fun thatis to be had and the tickets that everyonewalks away with, everyone is happy to haveanother go!

Pushers, the mainstay of the seaside arcade, are also now a valuable part of theredemption mix. “As of today, our bestperforming machines are our new innovativepushers on ticket payout such as the loveable

Minions pusher and the Jurassic Parkpushers,” says Chris Clifton of Harry LevyAmusements, which also supplies other typesof redemption machines.

“It is very important to have a good mix ofmachine types to keep the playersinterested,” says John Brennan from BandaiNamco. Their current range includes electromechanical machines such as Sink the Shipfrom Namco. In this game, players use ajoystick to control a helicopter, which dropsballs onto the ships in the playfield. However, the company also distributes some high techgames from partner companies such asJennison Games whose latest model OceanPearl, uses black screen technology to greateffect in innovative, fast gameplay. Also from

Jennison is a whacker game called CitrusFruits that actually dispenses the aroma oforanges, limes and lemons when hit!

Another trend in the redemption sphere isgames based on leading phone and iPadapps. Bandai Namco distributes Candy Crush –which is known the world over, as one of themost addictive mobile games. Meanwhile,Sega Amusements has two other incrediblypopular games in redemption format Plantsvs Zombies, and Doodle Jump (the companyalso has the licensed plush characters toaccompany these games, which make for agreat themed redemption area).

Harry Levy Amusements is seeing greatsuccess with Flappy Birds “It has grabbedplayers by storm and is massively exceedingour expectations, whether it be because ofthe mass popularity of the game already, orthe simple but addictive gameplay, this game

is dominating sites everywhere,”says Chris Clifton.

If you are starting from scratchwith your redemption mix thenrather than invest in 100%brand new games UDCrecommends that you select a

good mix of high qualityrefurbished games along withthe ‘must have’ new games toprovide variety and an improvedreturn on investment.

“In our opinion redemption is theonly sector actively growing. Aslong as the park is large enoughto be able to operate a numberof different machines andaccommodate a prize shop thereis no reason not to embraceredemption games,” concludesthe company’s Matt Bland.

More advice from the experts: Go all in, not half hearted.Put great machines in, the top

earners, the most reliable onesand make sure there is a ticketmanagement system in place tomaximise the profits andcustomer experienceKevin Weir Electrocoin

Invest in games where theearnings will pay for their

machines within 18 months. Buymachines that have software for the

UK market as we are quite different fromthe USA market. Go for quality too, both thecabinets, software and the mechanisms, thelast thing a park wants in the main seasonis a machine sat doing nothing - it not onlymeans there is no money coming in, but itdoesn't look good in the venue eitherIan Eason, Instance Automatics

At the redemption counter, customersneed to see a good variety of prizes to bewon to entice them to ‘save for bigger andbetter prizes’ this will keep them coming backDarrell Simmonds Bandai Namco

My advice would be to get a goodproduct mix and the same for prizes. This isa retailing opportunity and get it right andyou will see additional cashbox. It is allabout the player experienceJustin Burke, Sega Amusements Europe

Manually counting tickets is a waste ofyour time and money, invest in a reliableticket counting machine such as the TicketStation. Protect yourself against customersusing tickets from other arcades by havingyour own bespoke redemption tickets printed. It provides space for your logo/branding andalso a security barcode which the TicketStation will read and authenticateMatt Bland, UDC.

Recently, the range has proved invaluable toMoortown Golf Club in Leeds which has acourse surrounded by woodland that hasseen an ingress of tree growth over those100 years. In order to re-promote theheather and the heathland grass areas of thecourse a programme of tree removal is inprogress, scheduled to last for at least thenext three years.

Good woodland management is essential forany Golf Course as trees encroaching beyondthe wooded areas change the characteristics

of the soil. In addition, the falling leaves addto the detriment of what you are trying topromote. Kevin Fox, Deputy Course Manager, and his team have slowly been reducing thewoodland around the course using Carltonstump grinders.

“People have asked me,” says Kevin, “whywe don’t just dig the stumps out of theground after felling the trees. Obviously onceyou get through the initial visible stump, there is still a lot more going on underneaththat has to come out – sometimes over 5 to 6

times the dimensions of the tree! It wouldtake a lot of work to get this out and not onlycause a great disturbance to the site, but alsoleave a load of material to remove.”

Over his 28 years at Moortown Kevin has hadexperience with other brands of stumpgrinders and says “they’re all very hardwork”, however since coming across theCarlton range that’s changed. “With theirhydraulic systems and remote control,” hesays, “they make the job much easier andquicker. I regularly hire the SP7015TRXmodel but have also had the SP5014TRX. Thebenefits of these self-propelled tracked unitsis that you can literally take them just aboutanywhere. There is some pretty unevenground on the course, unstable terrain, butwith the tracks you can take them anywhere.Whilst I regularly hire the larger 7015 model, the 5014 is still man enough.”

For holiday parks looking foreffective woodlandmanagement, help is at handfrom Orange Plant and theirrange of Carlton Stump grinders.

The installation of new outdoor facilities forhundreds of schools with no suitable spacefor sport and PE played a key role in thisupswing, funded by Sport England’s PrimarySpaces initiative. However budgets for publicplay provision remain constrained.

Despite evidence of the wide-rangingdevelopmental, physical, behavioural, socialand economic benefits of active play, theplay industries continue to report constrainedpublic sector budgets and a lack of politicalwill to tackle rising physical inactivity levelsamongst children and young people.

API Chair Michael Hoenigmann says: “SportEngland’s Primary Spaces funding willundoubtedly make a difference to children’saccess to school sport and PE but the numberof schools affected is marginal. Our widerconcern is the lack of recognition of the vitalrole of children’s play in education, healthand local government policy. The API’s fourasks to politicians campaigning in the GeneralElection (#APIasks4play) would result indirect improvements to children’s health andwell-being. In too many local authorities,

children’s play facilities are purchased likestaples or paper clips, without theinvolvement of child development experts ormeasurable outcomes for the communitiesthey serve. That is a national scandal.”

The API’s four asks for play are:1 Well-designed public play facilities, particularly in deprived communities2 Removal of play from local authorityprocurement processes 3 Extension of the scope and scale of SportEngland’s Primary Spaces funding programme4 A measurable outcome for physical literacyin schools, assessed by Ofsted

Perfect timingPerfect timing

- crucial isn't it?- crucial isn't it?I've followed the worldwide and UK Glamping market keenly forsome years and been fortunate to work directly within the industryfor the last 4. During this time things have definitely notched up afew gears! So much so that Glamping is now the fastest growingholiday sector worldwide, with huge potential, particularly in the UK.

In 2014, surveys by Visit England and Barclays Bank revealed that UK'staycations' and short breaks are on the increase, with annualexpenditure from domestic tourists projected to grow by 25% to over1.8 billion by 2017. Along with a growing interest in quirky holidayshere in the UK, Glamping is perfectly poised to fulfil a growing need.I say 'need' rather than trend because I don't believe it is a trend,

Glamping is a unique experience that reconnects us with the naturalenvironment, and each other. It's much needed, and it's here to stay.A check of today's internet search analytics showed me that in the UKthere are on average around 1 million Glamping related keywordsearches - per month. This has been increasing year on year and isstill gaining momentum. I am not surprised, more of us are lookingfor things in life that are authentic and unique - how we spend ourprecious leisure time is no exception.

Over the last few years I've attended various events, conferences andexhibitions, but last year in particular the level of enquiries andinterest was impressive. Interest was not only from potential guests, but also land owners considering starting their own glamping sites. However, they all said the same thing - that advice about structures, planning, guest expectations and experience is thin on the groundand not surprisingly so, after all it is a relatively new industry. Thiswhy the Glamping Show, an event totally dedicated to this fledglingindustry is right on cue. It brings all the right people together in oneplace with related products, knowledge, expertise and experience justwhen people need it.

There couldn't be a better time to get involved, as far as theGlamping industry goes it is certainly time for us all to 'carpe diem' -see you there.

On the face of it most of us will think it’s justanother extra piece of work we already dofor the UK Gov PLC. Taken along withcollecting VAT, PAYE and now pensions it’senough for any employer (SME) to put offwhat we need to do to the very last minute.Or it could be an added benefit to both yourbusiness and those key employees or thoseyou wish to recruit in the future.

Saving or collecting assets for some futureevent or calamity has been a concept as wellas a structure that a lot of societies and theirbusiness communities have subscribed toparticularly since coinage and promissorynotes were accepted/invented. So we couldsay this latest scheme regulated by HMgovernment is just another extension tothese ideas. There are voluntary schemesaround such as “Credit Unions” and theoriginal concept of building societies allworked along with employers encouragingtheir workers to save in one form or another.

Now let’s look at where most of the SMEsare in relation to the workplace schemesWorkplace pension law now makes itcompulsory for all employers to havearranged and offer their workforce a savingscheme aimed at the retirement of each andevery qualifying worker in the UK. This isbacked up by an independent regulator whohave powers sufficient enough to close downa non-compliant business who fail to providea scheme.

Automatic enrolment into your workplacepension By now you all should know your stagingdate. Have an nominated contact

Know who in your workforce is eligible ornon-eligible job holders + entitled to join

Your processes and software systemsshould be able to cope. Accountants advise

Pension arrangements will need to bereviewed. This can be a tough task

Communication with your staff isessential. “It is the employer’s duty toprovide the right information, to the rightindividual, at the right time.”

From your staging date/last day ofpostponement you’ll have to be ready Need to assess ages and earnings of eachmember of staff on the last day of thepostponement period

At Registration Account for everyone who worked for youon your staging date, how many staff wereauto enrolled, how many were already in theexisting pension’s scheme and what you didfor everyone else in your employment.

Enrolling your eligible jobholdersIt’s now time to ensure your scheme provideris ready to automatically enrol at the righttime – staging date/end of postponementperiod. Have you agreed contribution rates anddue dates for payments of contributionsyou’re your scheme provider? Confirm how scheme provider will handletax relief for staff. Establish what data scheme providerneeds to create scheme membership. Understand scheme provider requirementsfor opt outs and opt ins or joiners of scheme.

RegistrationRegistration is the legal requirement tosubmit information to the regulator abouthow you've complied with your employerduties. If you do not provide the informationrequired you may face enforcement actionand incur a fine.

Information like: Details of the pension scheme you’veused for automatic enrolment. And how many people you'veautomatically enrolled into it.

A complete auto-enrolment solutionAfter getting this far you’ll not be alone to be

searching for a provider with a completeautomatic enrolment solution. They’ll need toprovide a comprehensive range of supportincluding helping employer’s design, implement and run their automaticenrolment schemes.

Any service provider you engage will needexperience providing knowledge, expertiseand guidance for you and your employeeshelping them to achieve the best pensionprovision possible and to enjoy financialfreedom in their later years.
