The ideas and preference are extensively developed and supported in body paragraphs. The writing is exceptionally clear and organized. Student is able to include effective use of words and vocabulary. 3 (51 – 70%) Student is able to develop a generally clear point of view about the ideas and preference. The ideas and preference are developed and supported in body paragraphs. The writing is generally clear and organized. The writing includes somewhat effective use of words and vocabulary. 2 (31 -50%) Student develops a somewhat clear point of view about the ideas and preference. The ideas and preference are underdeveloped and weakly supported in body paragraphs. Shows little evidence of organizations. 4(71 – 100%)

Student is able to develop an exceptionally, strong, clear point of view about the ideas and preference.

The ideas and preference are extensively developed and supported in body paragraphs.

The writing is exceptionally clear and organized. Student is able to include effective use of words and vocabulary.

3(51 – 70%)

Student is able to develop a generally clear point of view about the ideas and preference.

The ideas and preference are developed and supported in body paragraphs.

The writing is generally clear and organized. The writing includes somewhat effective use of words and

vocabulary.2

(31 -50%) Student develops a somewhat clear point of view about the ideas

and preference. The ideas and preference are underdeveloped and weakly

supported in body paragraphs. Shows little evidence of organizations. The writing includes basic use of words and a minimal connection

between point of view and evidence.1

(0 – 30%) Student develops a weak point of view about a less important ideas

and preference. The ideas and preference are not develop or supported in body

paragraphs. Lacks recognizable organizations. The writing includes an ineffective use of words and vocabulary.
