The length of the program to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion is one year and the student must be 7
years old to begin. Requirements to enroll:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate
The fee for enrolling your child in the Holy Communion program es $100.00 for the first child, $50.00 for sec-
ond and $25.00 for the third child or more.

years old to begin. Requirements to enroll:

If you do use the donation envelopes but have changed your address or phone number please fill out the form at the
bottom of this letter. Also, if you are not a member of our parish and would like to be registered, fill out the same
form at the bottom of this letter.
Fill out the form, and cut the form out. You can either mail it, drop off in person to the church rectory or you can
drop it in the collection basket during mass.
If you are registered but do not receive any donation envelopes, please let the rectory know.
