Hogan & Herr’s main focus is not to be the largest builder,

Daryl Herr started a new home construction company with the

goal of continuing their father’s legacy of building timeless

the developer and builder of communities, Hogan and Herr

Hogan & Herr is more than just a business, they are a family

that takes each of their clients’ needs into consideration.

To help overcome the frustrations that can be part of the

construction process, a member of the Hogan & Herr team

will walk the client from the front door of their office to the

front door of the client’s new home. A significant difference

between them and other builders is the fact that the buyer

will deal directly with the owners of the company and the

team that they have put together to guide the buyer through

the process of building their new home. This team includes a

quality assurance coordinator. Each one understanding that

listening is the most crucial step in the process.
