Staybridge Suites was launched in late 1997 for long-stay travellers in the Americas. The brand rapidly proved a success as the first upscale extended stay brand to reach 50 hotels in just under four years. And there is further appetite to expand the Staybridge Suites brand globally with 182 properties in the pipeline. Whether guests are travelling for a week or month, our properties offer a warm welcome and well-designed space that fosters a sense of community, comfort and convenience, so guests can feel at ease from the start. The pantry convenience store is also open around the clock, allowing guests to stock up on easy-to-prepare meals, favourite snacks, beverages and general necessities, any time.

Complimentary featuresGuests at Staybridge Suites have access to a range of complimentary features including free wi-fi, daily breakfast buffet and the Staybridge Suites evening social - a drinks reception, allowing guests to meet and network with other guests, which drive guest satisfaction and ensure higher brand preference.

Suite choiceStaybridge Suites offer three types of suites – studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites each with a fully equipped kitchen and enough storage and flexibility to make guest rooms feel like home. The actual mix is based on the local demand drivers so the product mix is best tailored to drive demand and increased profitability for our owners.

Lean operating modelThe Staybridge Suites limited-service model has been designed to maximise the value generated by the extended stay concept by lowering staff numbers, which drives payroll efficiencies, by lowering room turnaround, which reduces guest administration while fewer guests and longer length of stay makes for less wear and tear on the fabric of the hotel, resulting in long-term savings for our owners.
