DiFabion Remodeling would like to congratulate Prem Patel on

earning his Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) designation through the National Association of the Remodeling

Industry (NARI). After meeting eligibility requirements and taking an eight week prep course, Prem completed a comprehensive, 150-question exam. By

passing the exam, Prem exhibited his knowledge in the fundamentals of project management, including project planning, project cost management, risk management, quality assurance,

communication, and client satisfaction.

We are all very proud of Prem’s achievement and his dedication to helping DiFabion Remodeling deliver an exceptional remodeling

experience to our clients for years to come!

Vintage Versatility

This young family was looking to transform a large, unfinished basement into a space for all purposes. Even though we had

somewhat of a blank slate, there were existing boundaries, such as plumbing and HVAC, that restricted the creative process.

The finished basement features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, custom wrapped posts with quartz caps (great for

charging phones and holding drinks!), vintage, Shaker style semi-custom cabinetry with floating shelves against a light gray textured backsplash, polished nickel hardware, a beadboard plank ceiling,

beams, and a gorgeous floating fireplace.

and allows us to stretch our creativity when it comes to selecting finishes that will not only last heavy wear and tear but bring a unique

touch to such an interactive space.
