However, dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary business expense, subject to exclusion for lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues is used for lobbying by the NAHB and affiliated state association $_49.92, is not deductible for income tax purposes.

$10 of your state dues will be used for political purposes and placed in the Housing Industry Political Action Committee (HIPAC). If preferred, you may request that your $10 remain in the general fund and not be used towards our PAC. .

HBAGK Annual Home Show

As a member you receive a discount on the annual HBAGK Home Show.

Networking At HBAGK monthly meetings, you will have the opportunity to meet new business contacts and share ideas and information with fellow builders and associates. The meetings are normally held on the first Tuesday of each month (excluding July and December) and include a dinner and program. Each membership is entitled to one free meal per meeting. A nominal fee is charged for additional attendees. Friendship and Fun Enjoy meeting people and making new friends at our social events, including the annual Golf Tournament, Annual Family Picnic, Friday Hot Dog Lunches and our Awards Banquet.
