Our organization through our relationship with Microsoft can use the Home Use Program (HUP) to offer our employees the latest version of Microsoft Office for your home device at a low-cost download.

Access to a copy of either Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 or Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac – not both

Product availability depends on your organization Microsoft licensing agreement, other products include: Project Professional 2016 & Visio Professional 2016

Eligible employees are allowed to purchase 1 license of either:

• Office Professional Plus 2016 or

• Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac

Additionally if part of our organization agreement with Microsoft an employee may purchase 1 each of other products available, usually Project Professional 2016 or Visio Professional 2016.

These are the 2 pieces of information Microsoft needs to verify your eligibility to participate & purchase through the Microsoft Home Use Program.

1 Go to the HUP site, enter work email & HUP program code

2 You will receive a validation email sent to your work email address, click on “Buy Now” button

3 Select and purchase your products, and you will receive an order confirmation email

4 From your home device, go to the HUP site, click on order history to download your software.

A No. Microsoft provides free 90-day software support (from activation).

?If I purchased earlier versions of Office through HUP, can I purchase again?

If you previously purchased Office 2010, Office 2013, or Mac 2011 from HUP you may purchase either Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 or Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac (not both).If you have previously purchase Office Project 2013 or Visio 2013, you may purchase Project Professional 2016 or Visio Professional 2016.

? Why can’t I purchase both PC & Mac versions of Office?
