WHY A CENTRALIZED INTAKE?
Navigating social services can
be confusing for social service
providers looking for resources
for families with young
children.
PPP takes the burden off social
service providers and allows
them to refer families to one
place for home visitation
services and family support
resources.
HOW WE WORK
Each family referred to PPP
receives a phone call within 48
hours.
A trained Community
Development Specialist
discusses the parent’s goals
and concerns.
Families are referred to the
most appropriate home
visitation program or other
community resource as needed.
FLYERS
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN
REFERRING FAMILIES
PPP operates as neutral and
unbiased. This means we refer
based on program eligibility
and the needs of the family.
We do not give preference to
any specific agency or
program.
All PPP programs are free and
voluntary. There is no cost to
participate and families are
not pressured to enroll.
