Homes by Keystone, Inc. (Keystone) is one of the oldest whole-house full service modular home manufacturers on the east coast . . . with over forty years of continu-ous home building experience.

Homes by Keystone, Inc. was founded in 1966 by Guy Miller, Sr. and his son, Greg-ory L. Miller, in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Soon after, Guy W. Miller, Jr., then Paul E. Dunlap, Jr., joined the company. Today Guy W. Miller, Jr., Mary Miller, and sons, Britton, Timothy, and Jason, continue to operate this highly successful enter-prise.
