3. Working PrincipleThe senser gives several equal steps to the gauge (depending on the sensor length)by sensing the movement of the plastic float. The float movement is sensed by the reeds inside the pipe. Each reed is corresponding to a certain ohm value.

4. Features and Advantages● Was developed and produced in 1984. So far, there are over thousands of standard fuel level sensors developed.● Size: 100~2000mm, every 50mm is a different standard product.● Widely used for fuel tank in marine, automotive, and chemical industry fields.● When the float move up and down, it sends the signal to the gauge for the gauge to show the fuel level.● International standard SAE 5 holes, SAE 6 holes, BSP 1-1/4 thread, NPT 1-1/2 thread assembly styles.● 3 ways of signal output: resistance signal, voltage signal, current signal● Resolution: 10~40mm.● Working Temperature: -40~85.● Length, wire connecting style, and warning level can be customized.

TN Fuel Level SensorsThe TN series is a cost effective fuel level sensor designed for smaller trucks and va-rious gensets. The sensor is designed acc-ording to the actual tank shape for exact measurements of the tank content. Meas-urements are done by series of reed switc-hes positioned inside the level tube. A float, with built-in magnets then triggers the reed relays, generating a potential-free resista-nce with a ohm value that increases or decreases according to the respective fluid level. Resistance output is fully customisable. The float is the only moving part of the se-nsor, thereby minimising potential mecha-nical failures. All sensors are fully insulated to protect against voltage inside the tank.

The TN fuel level sensor combines the functions of:◆ Level indicator◆ Alarm (optional):high fuel level, middle level, low level◆ Suction and return pipes connected to the engine fuel pump◆ Air vent pipe (optional),filter available◆ Resistive type, amperometric type, voltagebased type are available

HoFa provides different types of soundproof materials which are perfectly suitable for generator canopy, automotive vehicles, construction equipment. HoFa supply the following four types of soundproof materials

25mm thickness, fireproof to 120℃, with facing on one side and adhesive on the other

side. Factory default size:1m(W)*2m(L)/plate, density:

The HF25PF acoustical absorbing foams dissipate sound power levels within enclosures

thereby reducing noise levels outside of the enclosures. These tough polyester polyur-

ethane foams with various facings are an integral part to any noise control package.

They are available in thickness of 1/4” to 2” thick. IT has the following features:

Economical functional sound absorption

Available with HoFastop acoustical barriers in composite form for even more acoustical

performance.

Supplied in sheets, rolls with fireproof adhesive.

Custom configurations available by customer request

Especially good for genset canopy.

30mm thickness, fireproof to 160℃, with adhesive. easier to install,

factory default size:1m(W)*10m(L)/roll density: 70KGS/m³

50mm thickness, fireproof to 160℃, with non-woven interlining on one side and felted
