Telehealth:

An emerging service delivery model for occupational therapy that uses information and communication technologies to deliver evaluative, consultative, preventative, and therapeutic services to clients who are in a different location than the practitioner.

Telerehabilitation:

The application of communication and information technologies for delivery services by all ied health professionals (e.g. occupational therapy practitioners, physical therapy practitioners, speech-language pathologists, audiologists).
