“I recently purchased my Toyota Camry at Hooman Toyota. First off, the process was sooooo easy. Everyone was courteous and professional. My sales person explained that the dealership offers a VIP Package- which includes oil changes and a car wash weekly for as long as I own the car for FREE! The free VIP package includes many other goodies but I can not remember them all. I had my free car wash this week and they did a beautiful job on my car. Again I am so happy with the level of service. Buying a car is like going to the dentist for me and the whole team that I worked with made it painless.” 9/16/2010 “wow, they are amazing i got my car from them, last year not only they gave me a great deal, the service is even before. the only thing is that their parking is a little low. beside that they reealy have the best service i have ever had.”

11/5/2010 “Tarrah Philpott was awesome giving me and my wife terrific deal on our highlander. It came out to be less than

the invoice price! Love that deal! I have recommended all my friends who are interested in buying a Toyota to

go talk to her. We even got the oil change and car wash for free for the life of the car! Be sure to call/email to

compare the price, so you have some prices to compare/bargain with. However, their service department needs

an total overhaul! I waited 2+ hours for couple times just for oil change. I didn't see that many cars out in the

shop...Can't complain much. Overall, good place to get a new car, but work on your patience to get the service

done.”

“I was in the market to buy a used vehicle and came across a couple of vehicles I liked at Hooman Toyota but

wondered if it was worth the long trip to Long Beach from Santa Monica. I made a great decision... I first went

to several dealerships around my geographical location and saw the "almost" perfect car I had been searching

for. I had heard from numerous family members and friends that if you drive a little further outside your

neighborhood, you will get a better deal and find a wider selection. I looked at the inventories of numerous car

dealerships and luckily came across Hooman Toyota of Long Beach. So I traveled down the 405 freeway (on the

way stopping at other car places)... I went inside and was instantly greeted by a courteous young lady that

directed me to a salesman. From then on, I might as well been in my own living room buying a car I felt so

comfortable! At one point, Hooman (the owner) sat with me while my car was being washed to be delivered to

me clean and showed a genuine appreciation of my patronage. This personal touch is why I'm sure every

customer there that day had a huge smile on their faces. I was in and out in less than an hour (seriously) with

the best deal I could have asked for on the same car that was in Santa Monica but a nicer color and $3500

cheaper!!! I am now looking forward and excited to meet the service team at Hooman's.”

“I just bought my 1st Toyota Tacoma Truck from Hooman Toyota and it was a painless experiance. I had a really

great Sales guy Ryan that got the job done for me. I wasn't there all day, they had exactly what I was looking for

and gave a me a great deal. I also received the VIP package which includes FREE LIFETIME weekley car wash's ,

tire rotations, lube oil and filter changes, and tire repairs! I'm gonna take my girlfriend down there next

weekend to look for a new car, they are that good! Thanks Hooman Toyota u guys hooked it up! Pros: FREE VIP

package, great customer service, Cons: little tight parking”

May 11, 2010 “I had to take my Toyota Prius in for service, and had a great experiance! The service advisor was nice, and very

eager to get my problem fixed. He explained everything to me in detail so that I understood what they did to my

car. They gave me a free loaner car while my Prius was beeing serviced and called me when it was ready to be

picked up. They even give everyone that comes in for service a free car wash! So my car was nice and clean

when i picked it up. I have refered all my friends/family to go there! Pros: Free loaner cars for the day,

complimentary car wash! Cons: nothing!”

February 21, 2010 “I am a very busy person and don't have time to write reviews or even read them, but I had to make time to

write this one... I just had to. I have been to other Toyota dealers for service, but never got the quality and

satisfaction that I was paying for! I received a coupon in the mail for Hooman Toyota and Scion of Long Beach

and said, "Ah what the hell, I will try them out!" I AM SO GLAD!!! that I did. I had the best service experience

ever and I actually saw what I paid for. Everyone was very curteous and professional! My service writter took

the time to explain everything to me. Hooman Toyota has definately earned my business. I have already sent my

mother and her Monday night BINGO group! Pros: great people, service and coffee Cons: parking is a little

tight”

“I had been car shopping for about two months. I visited several dealerships and no one could give me the deal

that I wanted or even had the vehicle available that met my needs! Hooman Toyota not only found the vehicle

that I was looking for, but also gave me the price that I wanted. Their VIP maintanance that includes free life

time oil changes and car washes for as long as you own the vehicle was the selling factor. I have recommended

all my friends and fam there!!!”

Prior to going to this dealership, I went to 4 others. I was looking for a very specific tundra option package. None of the 4 prior dealership had the model I was looking for and tried to sell me on other option packages, which I was not interested in. Hooman also did not have the model I was looking for, however, rather than trying to sell me on a vehicle I was not looking for, they asked me to wait a moment while they tried to locate one. 20 minutes later, they told me that the located one and could have it on their lot by monday (I was at the dealership on saturday). We crunched some numbers and the deal was made. I left there pleased. To my pleasant surprise, I got a phone call that evening and was told that they were able to get my car to the lot earlier than expected... so I went and picked it up. Quite an easy process which left me wondering why the other 4 dealerships didn't even bother to try to locate the model I was looking for... I would recommend Hooman Toyota to anyone looking for a relatively painless car purchase.”

“they are realy great, i went to get a new prius and they gave me a great lease and even reduce my down

payment, i was amazed on how quick this happened! i also love there service dept. i have gone for minor issue

and day gave me a new prius to drive while my car was being serviced for free all i could say that is better

servicxe then i get on my BMW, they are amazing! wow wow”

2000. Always great service at reasonable prices. I have never felt taken advantage of and I have complete
