Indiana General Surgery Welcomes New Surgeon

Indiana General Surgery at Community Westview Hospital welcomes Alan Tripp, D.O., to its surgical team as a general surgeon. Previously, Dr. Tripp worked as the chief of surgeryand director of outpatient services at Fayette County MemorialHospital in Ohio. More recently, he was employed as a generalsurgeon for Oak Ridge Surgeons in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

Dr. Tripp received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo., and completed his general surgery internship and residency at Grandview Hospital/Ohio University in Dayton, Ohio. He is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.

Dr. Tripp joins Dr. Allan Arkush, D.O., F.A.C.O.S., general surgeon with IndianaGeneral Surgery. Together, they provide treatment for the entire spectrum of general surgical diseases. This includes (but is not limited to) oncology surgery, gastric and esophageal surgery, breast surgery, minimally invasiveand laparoscopic methods of treating a wide variety of problems, gynecologysurgery, varicose vein surgery, hernia repair and venous access port.
