Situated in the beautiful South Yorkshire countryside and in the picture perfect Village of Hooton Pagnell, the 13th Century Main Hall is set within 5 acres of private walled gardens and a stable courtyard.

Stable Arches Boutique Accommodation is located in the Edwardian west wing of Hooton Pagnell Hall, and is the ancestral Home of the Warde-Norbury family. The Hall and Estate have been the family seat Since 1703.

The intimacy and privacy of Stable Arches offers well curated and subliminally relaxing spaces, whilst dream bedding and luxury amenities ensure a perfect nights’ sleep.

Passion is the omnipresent force driving the small team who take care of guests, and the much over-used phrase of “home from home”, is definitely the way to explain the mantra and main goal of your hosts.

Nightingale

Nightingale, the favourite room of Isobel, offers a King size bed and walk in shower

room. Entry to the room is along a welcoming private corridor and the view is of the Hall’s

Front garden and Norman Church.

Healey

With beautiful high ceilings and a ground floor view over the front garden and Norman

church, this is Williams’ room of choice. Bedding can be either Super King or Twin, to

meet your own wishes.

You’ll find an intimate walk in shower room and space for extra beds to accommodate for

children.

Frickley

An Intimate and truly calming space.

Frickley offers a King Sized bed and beautiful roll-top clawfoot bathtub, with

integrated waterfall shower. Frickley faces the charming old stable courtyard.

Ederline

Spacially delightful with French furniture, Super King sized bed and offering a

roll-top clawfoot bathtub in the room, Ederline is much favoured by many of our

returning guests.

For added comfort, there is also a walk-in shower room. Ederline is located on the

ground floor.

Hooton Pagnell Suite

Spacious and elegant, with dual aspect views to the North and South of the Estate, the Hooton Pagnell Suite offers a Super King-sized bed and

small dining area.

For families; the room comes with a comfortable double sofa bed.

The bathroom boasts a roll-top clawfoot bathtub, with a waterfall shower and beautiful

Victorian style fixtures and fittings.

We are also perfect for Vow Renewals and Elopements. Hooton Pagnell Hall offers eight licenced spaces from 6 to 120 guests, meaning there has never been more choice for a Civil Ceremony. Discover a combination of elegant spaces, combined with rustic charm and an abundance of character.

The Hall is also located next to a 13th Century Norman Church for beautiful Religious Ceremonies.

Location, location, Location!

Add to that a large sprinkling of well-designed and variable spaces, both modern and ancient, and a dedicated and efficient event team, your event or activity will undoubtedly achieve your desired end result.

Hosting just a few guests in the Main Hall, and up to 150 in the Tithe Barn, there are possibilities for any event. We can also host events in any of our three carefully manicured gardens.

Arrivals by Helicopter can be arranged in the walled Summer Garden.
