Why Choose Horses & Courses?

More and more horse people are realising the benefits of knowledge and education when caring for or riding horses. An awareness of your horse’s needs and physiology can help reduce vets bills, save money and improve your horse’s performance, health and well being.

With course fees increasing and grants becoming non-existent many people are unable to fund themselves or afford to leave home to attend a college or University course.

Distance learning offers the same qualifications that you would study at college and is becoming the preferred method of education. You can combine work with your studies, gaining valuable work experience along with qualifications and it also allows you to study around your own commitments and study from home.

Horses and Courses has been offering high quality, BTEC (Edexcel) approved equine programmes to hundreds of students since 1999. We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing up-to-date, informative materials that balance the demands of the industry with the academic requirements of further education.

Working in partnership with Bicton College, our experienced equine staff are committed to making sure you receive the best training and support available so you can fulfil your own educational needs.

If you study a course from home with Horses & Courses;

You can study from anywhere and at any time.

You have control over your learning.

There is no travel involved.

You do not need to arrange for child care.

You can work the hours that suit you.

You can continue to work while studying

You can select subjects you want to study.

We look forward to helping you further your equine knowledge.
