Hospital Bed Rentals

In all of our rentals we offer the complete packaged deal

All options will include the following:

• Hospital bed for 3 months

Type of Bed Depending on the level of package you choose

• Standard Mattress with waterproof cover

For the full rental period of 3 months

• Cot sides / Side rails


• Lifting Pole (only on the executive package included)


The bed can be picked up at any given time within the 3 months or on the last day of the

3rd Month.

If the rental period should be extended, then the same packages will apply for a further 3

months.

Mattress Upgrade

We realize that certain people have specific needs, so for those who are in need of a more

advanced mattress, we offer an upgrade to our latest in Anti-Bedsore mattress's.

Mattress upgrade 1:

This anti-bedsore cube foam mattress is applicable for prophylaxis and for bedsores up to stage

II. The Softsense was specially designed for lower weight patients. It can be used for patients

from 40 to 120 kg body weight. The heat reactive lying surfaces provides a reduction of shear

force, pressure relief and an improved micro-climate. The holes cutting through the mattress

prevent heat from accumulating. Including waterproof medical cover.




Mattress upgrade 2:

This anti-bedsore soft positioning foam mattress is applicable for prophylaxis and for anti-

bedsore up to stage III. The Cureplus was clinically developed and it combines all preferences of

modern foam soft positioning mattresses. It can be used for patients from 35 to 130 kg body

weight.

It is delivered with the incontinence cover aks-inko air®. The three-ply structure provides an

optimal sinking depth and pressure relief. The frame strengthening supports the patient´s

mobilization.

Mini Foldy – Option 1:

The Foldy is one of the most sold patient hoists in the home care field. The Foldy impresses with

its agility and flexibility. It has been constructed to allow a mobile transfer also in very small

rooms. The Foldy has all the right equipment and criteria for almost any situation.

We have different sling options available




Standing hoist – Option 2:

The new active hoist with optimized kinematics. The aks-torneo, is preferably implemented for

persons with residual mobility, most of the weight in the lifting process is applied around the

upper body through the well-padded sling and minimal stress is applied to the legs which is

secured on a platform. The up-righting process is executed in a manner that is based on

kinematics; the movements of the patient are optimally supported through the hoist in a very

natural manner. Allowing the most natural and much safer lifting process than other more

conventional hoists. Giving users peace of mind during the transfer process.

We realize that after the first 3 months of your rental it may make sense for most to rather

purchase the bed or hoist.

At Primacare we like to be fair with our customers.

Therefore, we offer 50% of your rental package value towards the cost of purchasing the bed or

hoist you have for rental.

Example:

You have made the excellent choice of our Value Package.

This costs you R2900 for the 3 Month Deal.

After these 3 months if you decide to purchase the bed you have, we will take 50% of the value

of your rental e.g. R2900 (R1450) and credit that on the purchase of the bed
