To assure a comprehensive and cost-effective signage solution, the team works to uncover the possible risks and thus develop a stable project foundation.

Our project management program delivers an all-inclusive signage experience, with detailed phases that prove successful. The team simplifies the complex tasks of developing, identifying and realizing a signage program by providing solutions that meet ADA and code regulations, resolve wayfinding and visitor directional challenges, communicate brand identity, address documentation needs and realize on-site product installation.

We ensure all facets of a signage program are fulfilled, all options are considered, and all visitors, patients, patrons and customers recognize and comprehend the adequate and clear signage.

DESIGN & PLANNING Creative Sign Designs boasts a team of award-winning designers who excel in creating custom sign designs. Each design includes a detailed needs analysis and wayfinding services to evaluate and establish the most effective means of informing and directing visitors, patients, patrons and customers throughout a facility.

The sign design team is prepared to assist clients in numerous ways as they begin their next sign design project. When creating a custom sign design, our designers are proud to offer sign design services in a way that is totally unique to the project requirements. The team performs site and visibility analysis, determines zoning requirements, and makes recommendations for overall custom sign designs, size, typestyles and color to communicate the messages effectively. In addition, the designs specify structural supports, lighting, fastening methods and electrical requirements to ensure the long-term value of a signage investment.

In the event that a sign project has already been designed, our team of experts can review clients’ plans and deliver a cost proposal to complete the project as specified. However, it is not uncommon for us to work closely with architects, environmental graphic designers, marketing and branding firms and offer value-engineering to assist in achieving client project goals.

As a turnkey sign-design company, we are focused on ensuring that the sign system is both cost effective to produce and easy to maintain by the client. FABRICATIONWe have tremendous in-house capabilities for complete signage fabrication. Our sign fabricators are experienced in producing practically any type of sign products imaginable. From custom, one-of-a-kind signs to large-scale sign installation projects for local, regional and national clients.

The modern, state-of-the-art signage fabrication facility houses the latest in computerized design and manufacturing equipment and is staffed with a team of sign fabricators committed to consistently delivering innovation, quality and service to be expected from the leader in the signage industry.

INSTALLATIONIn the process of developing signage installation solutions, we consider each stakeholder involved in the process- the designer, the client, the patient, the visitor, etc. To ensure the best possible client experience, it is crucial to analyze engineering and code requirements, fabrication staging and sign installation logistics. The best design, planning and signage products have limited value if not properly installed. The sign-installation team ensures that your signage is installed correctly and in compliance with all local, state and ADA requirements while following all OSHA Safety Regulations for Construction.

As a full service sign-installation company, all interior and exterior signage products are installed by trained personnel. Jamie Harden is President & CEO of Creative Sign Designs. Creative employs more than 150 people throughout the state of Florida with the majority based at its Tampa headquarters.

The desire to establish permanent roots in the Tampa community, paired with the goal of acquiring and running a local business led Mr. Harden and his family to return to Tampa in April 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Harden was Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Group Market Executive for Bank of America. He served in this role from 1999 to 2005 in various locations including Los Angeles, Dallas and Kansas City. Prior to these positions with Bank of America, he was a Commercial Banking Group Team Leader in Tampa for NCNB/NationsBank from 1990 to 1999. While at Bank of America, Mr. Harden achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mr. Harden is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Mr. Harden is involved in numerous community and business associations:

PROJECT APPROACH• Creative has reviewed the complete plans and specs and is

capable of fully executing the sign requirements. We have extensive experience in Corporate/Office signage programs and will apply our best practices to ensure the budget is maintained and the timely completion of the project.

• Work directly with Gilbane/CBRE/ J&J to Develop Project Timeline and Phased Scope of Work. (see Gantt chart for standard lead times)
