Due to the various locations of events within the venue a staffing or service charge will be applied to your overall

costs. This will be discussed at the time of booking with your Catering Account Manager.

The final catering numbers are required 5 working days prior to your event date.

We require 100% pre-payment for all pre-booked catering and this is to be settled before the start of the event

tenancy. We will be entitled to cancel any orders where payment remains unsettled.
