Flawless shrink and flexibilityThe design of the hot air diffusors and of theconcertina, that have always made the HOT-PAL unique, guarantee an even, constanttemperature and the absence of thermalinertia.
Result:- a perfect wrap, a tight film, without
creases, even when various palletdimensions are shrinkwrapped,
- a low cost wrap because it is possible touse a very thin film.
wide performance rangeThe power of the hot-air generators of theHOT-PAL 2000 allows a capacity of 140pallets/hour and more depending on thesizes and on the products.
working andmaintenance ergonomicsA visual space has been left at the bottom ofthe concertina. It allows the shrinking of thehood to be seen directly.
The running of the HOT-PAL 2000 is madeeasier by the user friendly control keyboard.
The maintenance is reduced to a minimumbecause the main mechanical parts are atfloor level.
A very low sound level makes the HOT-PAL2000 exceptionally comfortable to use.
SafetyThe safety is given the highest priority on theHOT-PAL 2000 :- shrinking process by means of hot air,- air/gas supply and heating in accordance
with the E.C. standard,- anti-fall device on the frame,- protected perimeter (metal mesh guarding,
access door, anti-intrusion cells).
