An educator once stated,
“To ask me to change is to tell me I have been wrong all these years.”
Was the station wagon a bad car?Did we miss the wagon when the van
came out? What changes were developed that made
the wagon better? What prompted the mini van?
Is change not to correct the wrong, but to make things improve?
There has to be some Corvairs in life.
Trial and error go hand in hand. With trial there will always be error.
Someone asked the educator, “Why did you purchase your new minivan?”
Her answer was “because it is better.”
Just like we all want the best in a car, we want the very best for our students.
When you want the best, you continually strive to improve.
That means change!
Change Happens-Embrace it with a positive attitude.
Shift happens!
