Listed here are the special IGCC room rates for the delegates’ stay at the Conference and Partner hotels (for the locations, please refer to the map of Gurgaon on the reverse).

The booking should be made directly with the hotel concerned giving the reference “IGCC Block” (rates indicated are only applicable for direct bookings and not for bookings made through a travel agent or third party. Government taxes indicated are current and subject to change). For APK 2012 in Gurgaon from 1st to 3rd November 2012, breakfast and airport transfers are included in the room rates under “IGCC Block”.

When booking, please also give the hotel your flight details (arrival and departure), so that they can arrange your airport transfers. For the supplementary Programmes I, II & III from 4th to 7th November 2012, rooms booked under the “IGCC Block” include breakfast only.

Please ensure that you book early to avoid the rooms of your choice being “sold out”.

Since the conference takes place during the peak season in India, please note that the rooms blocked by us under “IGCC Block” will be released after the “last date for booking” given by each hotel.
