COYA, ANGEL COURT

Opening on 2nd May, Coya Mayfair’s new City sister restaurant will be located in Angel Court and will be a day-to-night venue incorporating a buzzing Latin American bar and a contemporary Peruvian restaurant. Executive Chef Dwivedi will combine traditional elements of Peruvian cuisine with French cooking techniques and Asian influences, to create Coya’s naturally light and healthy dishes. The restaurant and Pisco Lounge will be filled with trinkets sourced from Peru and staple furniture hand-crafted in Bali.

DUCK & WAFFLE LOCAL, ST JAMES

Duck & Waffle Local will be opening in St James’ Market in May this year, under the direction of current award-winning Chef Director Dan Doherty. A new concept, Duck & Waffle Local will be a ‘fast casual, chef-curated restaurant’ that echoes the playful energy of its high-rise original, with its own unique identity. The duck-centric menu is speedy and rustic. The brand’s current ethos won’t change with the focus remaining on local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

FOXLOW, SOHO

Foxlow have created neighbourhood restaurants that celebrate the very best British produce. Each restaurant (Clerkenwell, Balham and Chiswick) has an individual look and feel, firmly rooted to its location and we look forward to the exciting Soho version. The ground floor will be dominated by a large U-shaped bar with convivial counter seating and an illuminated canopy, inspired by 1960s and 70s cinema. An eclectic mix of seating will include large communal tables, plush booths and window seats, ideal for watching Soho walk by.

The Experimental Group are joining forces with Ollie Dabbous to bring their first hotel to London. As expected from a group famous for their fabulous cocktail bars, cocktail industry legends Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller will be curating the drinks menu, featuring freshly-sourced ingredients from around the UK. Dabbous’ skills, combined with the flair of the Experimental Group, are sure to set this new establishment apart in the ever-changing London hospitality scene.

CLARETTE

Situated in Marylebone, Clarette is a new project from Alexandra Petit, heiress of the Château Margaux family and restaurateur Natsuko Perromat du Marais. The three-storey townhouse will feature a refined, chic, and stylish drinking establishment with a predominantly French wine list. Châteaux Margaux will be available, alongside an extensive menu and simple sharing plates.

THE CURTAIN MEMBERS CLUB

Situated in Shoreditch, The Curtain will be a London home for creative entrepreneurs run by the Gansevoort Hotel Group.
