Tuesday at lunch, it was assigned seating of sorts. AU attendees were encouraged to sit with those from their same general industry or discipline for some quality networking time. They also were encouraged to play a game, the “AUGI Community Challenge,” which posed a number of trivia questions
pertaining to AUGI, Autodesk, and more. Entries with the most correct responses were entered into a drawing for free passes to Autodesk University 2008 for everyone at the table. Runners up also were awarded some great prizes. Congratulations to these winners:

AUGI Lucky Seven Winners!
AUGI Hosts International Reception
It was a standing-room-only crowd at the AUGI Annual Meeting Tuesday evening. Afterward, the 2,000+ attendees made their way down to the AU Exhibit Hall for its official opening and the popular AUGI Beer Bust. In addition to enjoying beer in the commemorative AUGI beer
mugs, AUGI members had lots more to do including participate in the AUGI Top DAUG Challenge, play “Stump the Expert” and spin the wheel for prizes, score $50 in the AUGI Instant Winner game, and play AUGI Lucky Seven. And AUGI staff was there to capture it all digitally.

Simón Noyola, country coordinator for AUGIMexCCA, and a future AUGI member.
These seven lucky individuals were winners in the AUGI Lucky Seven game. Winners must come to the AUGI booth no later than 3:00 pm TODAY (Thursday, November 29) to claim their prizes or new winners will be chosen.
For the last several years, AUGI has hosted a reception to honor AU attendees from outside North America. Wednesday evening’s reception brought more than 200 attendees together to meet and mingle,
enjoy refreshments, and play a “getting to know you” game called AUGI Seek & Find. This annual event is AUGI’s way of showing its appreciation for those who travel so far to attend Autodesk University. Welcome!
Congratulations all!
