Any record searches only show that the three mile stretches of land as some form of wild animal reserve. The area above and around it is considered a no fly zone, due to the concern for the protected animals. Those who have seen it or lucky enough to have been granted safe passage, may have been able to see any of the below. From the outside, the place looks like something straight out of the dark ages. Just before the 25ft walls, the place is surrounded by a 30ft wide moat that the wild life of the bayous call home. (Alligators, Poisonous Snakes, Etc.) Along the outside of the moat, on post and walls are several warning signs. On the inside of the 5ft thick walls, is another 10Ft deep by 30Ft wide dry moat, that slowly ramps up inland. The walls and grounds are monitored by several forms of motion, thermal, and sound detectors. Along with various other technological surveillance methods, there are the ground “Keepers” & “Wardens” that walk the walls and grounds. Inland of the dry moat, the land has been raise a good 20Ft and is well and thickly forested. The property is home to various forms of wild life, including somewhere near thirty great cats. (Lynx, Tigers, Panthers, etc.) There is one road across a bridge to the westward wall and gate. The road continues for about another half mile, through the forested property, directly to the main building. And is the only direct ground path in. The twenty-two room bricked mansion is surprisingly in great condition. The windows and doors can almost always be found open to nature. There are various homes and other buildings around the property.

It is the responsibility of the Pride Mother to maintain and manage the property finances and resources.

She normally correlates with the various staff supervisors and managers.

Wild Life:

Some of the wild life, both in and outside of the plantation has been changed to ghouls.

Security:

As the above suggests, there property is well maintained by various technological surveillance methods.

Any of the cameras are a mix of live and 1 sec delay. All monitored from a room in the first basement

level of the mansion by 5 people.

The bridge that leads to the outside wall is collapsible.

Lastly there are the various places on the grounds that have been cared for by a Lhiannan.

Full Basement with 20 Beds, 1 Gym, 50Ft Pool, 2 Entertainment Rooms, Security Room,

Sub-Basement with cells, holding rooms, “Fun” room.

Water proofed, underground paths to the 5 various cabins and select places.

*The Mansion has hidden passages between the ground floor rooms, a set stairs to go up into another

passage with opening to rooms and stairs that go into the basement.

** All the above buildings have basements with at least 2 rooms. (Bed and Storage/Shelter)

Private Airfield

One mile north of the plantation is a private airfield. It can easily land most private jets and with high

expertise, it could possible land the bigger passenger jets.

Used for various grounds keeping and as extra hands. In exchange for room, board and a

small wage. Not allowed in the mansion or cabins without management permission.

5 Gargoyles:

Heard of Elghinn’s hate for the Tremere and offered their services in exchange for safe

haven and limited domain privileges. But they are not bound and may leave at any time.

1 Lhiannan:

Blood Bounded to Elghinn.

Other than the above or specially noted people, at any given time there can be 3 to 10+ other Gangrel

usually of Norse orCeltic decent on the property and probably part of the Pride. Due to several domain

markings, visiting Gangrel know they need to make themselves known for haven.
