1. I rarely absent from class.2. I am friendly but not the “barkada”

type.3. I don’t go after students.4. I rarely get mad, unless provoked.5. I am approachable.

ATTENDANCE1.Attendance is strictly monitored. As soon as the bell rings (time-in) everybody is expected inside the classroom. After the prayer, attendance will be checked. Two lates (arrives after the prayer) is equivalent to 1 absent (15-minute late) is considered absent. S2.Student can incur 5 absences and 1 consideration. Beyond 6 absences the student is considered dropped.3.The student will be given the reconsideration as soon as a letter of reconsideration is approved by the teacher and the DSA within two days after the student has been dropped. No letter will be acknowledged after the given time.

EXAM1. A short quiz is given every meeting; no special takes for short quizzes for any reason).2. Long exam is given every after chapter.

STRICTLY NO ASKING OF PAPERS OR BORROWING OF PEN

DELAYED LONG EXAM1.May only be given to those who have valid reason of missing the exam like death of immediate family member, health issue (strictly with documents).2.Those who intend to take a special exam may do so not more 2 days after the student’s absence.

GROUP ACTIVITY

1.Group activities are also expected. The group is usually composed of 5 -8 members each depending on the type of the activity.2.In case a student is absent during the groupings, it is his/her responsibility to look and join other group as long as she/he will be accepted and given a task.

HANDOUTS, PPT, WORKSHEETS1.Student is also expected to bring the handouts/reading materials for the day. Strictly NO HANDOUTS, NO ENTRY. Everything will be made available in soft copy (through facebook)Add [email protected] your first name or last name in your account for easy identification and approval

REFLECTION PAPERS1.Reflection papers will be submitted through online (email address or facebook). These should be submitted on the agreed time and date. However, the student is given one more day to submit the requirement with a 10 point-deduction.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT1.The board should be clean before and after class.2.Pick up pieces of papers, candy wrappers, mineral bottles, and others. (before and after class)3.Chairs should be arranged properly. There are 5 chairs in a row. (before and after class)4.During exam, one-seat apart arrangement is required.5.TEXTING is not allowed inside the classroom. For emergency call, the student may go outside to answer the phone.6.In case this is violated, the teacher is allowed to confiscate the cellphone and return it after class.

GRADING SYSTEM1.Old students follow the 60-40 grading system while FRESHMEN follow the new point-grading system.2.Detailed grades are posted online 2 days before the deadline. (for verification purposes only)3.In case a student gets 74 in the final grade, it is his/her call to approach the teacher for any reconsideration. Reconsideration depends on student’s number of tardiness and attitude in class. He/she should have passed midterm and second quarter grade.
