Elevate by Espial (Live TV Streaming) - Elevate streams through HBC,Winona’s cable provider. As students living in the residence halls, we canaccess Elevate on our laptops, phones, TVs, and other mobile devices. Aslong as you’re within the HBC network, which is only in the residence halls,then you can continue streaming.

BYOD is a public wireless network available in WSU residence halls. It isoffered as an option for connecting personally-owned devices to the Internetthat cannot be connected via a wire or through the secure Warrior wirelessnetwork. This might include: Chromecast, Roku, Smart televisions or Gameconsoles. However, the network can not support a peer-to-peer networks.

Assistant Hall Directors - Oversee the daily operations of the residencehall front desks.

Hall Councils - Each residence hall has its own representative body called a HallCouncil, which is within the larger Residence Housing Association. Students can getinvolved in their hall by running for a hall position or attending meetings andprograms all year long.

Residence Housing Association (RHA) - is the governing body of the residence hallson campus. They serve as the voice of on-campus students.

Housing Policy Overview

Overnight guests are limited to 3 consecutive nights and required toregister at the front desk.

Various items are prohibited in the residence hall rooms for safetyreasons. This includes but not limited to appliances with exposed heatingelements (toasters), candles, insta pots, weapons, air fryer, etc...

Alcohol is prohibited in all residence halls, regardless of student's age.

Students are limited to 2 visitors at any given time.

Any visitor under the age of 18 is required to have a signed waiver.

Housing Policies can be found on the Housing website.

All furniture issued to a student's room is required to remain in the room. Mail

Meal plans are based on a certain number of meals per week. Mealplans begin on Friday and end on Thursday.

Kryzsko Kash gives students the flexibility to eat at other Dining locationson campus. Each purchase is deducted from the total balance.
