A little about myself Profile Yu Chen Kuang was from Deloitte Consulting and Arthur Andersen, specialising in strategic business planning, business process reengineering and supply chain management. He had spent 3 years in China with a Shanghai-based management consulting firm. Prior to this, Chen Kuang was from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, where he was involved in many national IT programmes such as the Singapore IT 2000 Masterplan, Singapore ONE and the Local Industry Upgrading Programme (IT LIUP). At NUS-ISS, he is involved with teaching and consultancy on BPR, BPM and ESB (Enterprise Social Business).
