Why do people go to university?
• To study a subject they are interested in• Transfer to a course that they are more suited to• Supplement existing qualifications• Advance their career• Obtain desired career path• Engage with foreign culture

Johnathan has been part of an entrepreneurship society at school and dreams of owning his own business. He hopes that his degree choice will give him a chance to meet other innovative students.

Challenges ( 15 minutes)
• We will split you into groups• Each group will be given a student• As a group you will explore the particular challenges facing your student
Solutions (25 minutes)
• Pick one particular challenge facing your persona • Brainstorm how technology can aid in addressing that challenge• We will then discuss the solutions
Discussion (10 mins)
• Different uses of technology• How many challenges can be solved?• What role does community play in transitions?• What will you take away from this workshop ?
