Supposedly it takes 21 days for

something to become a habit.

So if that’s the case, if you can

keep new members of your

community engaged for their

first 21 days, they should

become hooked.

Don’t send a standard e-mail.

Welcome the newcomer and ask relevant questions.

The goal here is to begin a conversation, a conversation that continues past the initial interaction.
