Page 2: How did you attract your audience?

Here is a screenshot of some of the posters we placed on the walls to make the corridor look more convincing, we did this to

attract the kind of audience that is knowledgeable about

‘clubbing culture’.

Page 3: How did you attract your audience?

Here is a wide-shot of the corridor that shows the audience that it is set in a club environment, there are props such as

the posters and bottles which help the scene look more convincing.

The mainly male audience is attracted through the females outfits as they are wearing short skirts, we placed one of the female characters closer to the camera to emphasize

this. The couple kissing in the corner also adds to the atmosphere of the club.

As you can see in this screen grab we have put this shot in slow motion. This is because it is the main characters POV

and it is supposed to create the idea that he is on drugs. This attracts the young audience that may have had similar

experiences whilst on drugs/alcohol.

Page 5: How did you attract your audience?

Here is a screen grab that show two characters catching eye contact as they are passing. This may attract the audience as it

creates tension between the two characters that keeps the audience interested and creating confusion around the main

character, which the audience will want answers to.

This is a screen shot that shows a couple kissing, this attracts the audience as it is of a sexual nature. It also intrigues the

audience as the female character who is kissing is looking at the main character, this is unusual and makes the audience feel

uneasy.

Lighting

We loaned blue and red strip lights and cannons that we used to add to the look of the club, it made the scene look more

convincing.

We also chose to use UV lights but these did not work as effectively as we had hoped.

This may attract the audience that is familiar with this kind of environment from experience.

Sound

The kind of club that we were aiming to represent was in a cheap, underground style.

This kind of club usually plays drum&bass/dubstep therefore we decided to use a drum&bass track that was written by a friend of ours who gave us permission to use the track.

This attracts the kind of audience that enjoys this kind of music which is also 16-24 year olds.
