How Do I

Find the Free Images That Came With My Cricut Explore or Maker Machine?Once you have completed the “New Machine Setup” from Cricut Design Space (via Windows/Mac/mobile), the free images that came with your machine will automatical-ly be added to your account. Also, a free trial for Cricut Access will be activated. To locate the free content that came with your Cricut Explore or Maker machine, please follow these steps:

Design Space (Windows/Mac):

1. Sign in to Design Space (design.cricut.com).

2. Click on New Project.

3. Free Images:

• Click Images on the design panel to the left of the canvas.• Click on Filter in the top-right near the search field.• Click on the “Free” filter. This will display all the images that came with your

machine.

4. Free Fonts:

• Click Text on the design panel to the left of the canvas.• The Text Edit bar will appear at the top of the screen.• Click on the Font drop down menu.• The fonts that you own or that are free will not have a price under them.• You can also select Filter in the top right of the Font drop-down menu and

select the “My Fonts” filter to view all that you own or that you have permis-sions to cut.

5. Free Patterns:

• Insert an image or text.• Change the Line Type to Print and click Patterns.• Apply the Free filter from the bottom of the Layer Attributes panel when in the

pattern view.

Design Space ( iOS):

1. Launch the Design Space App.

2. Click New Project.

3. Free Images:

• Tap Image from the bottom of the screen.• Select the filter icon (funnel) in the top-right.• Tap Free under Ownership.

4. Free Fonts:

• Tap Text from the bottom of the screen.• The Font menu will appear. • Fonts that are free or that you already own will not have a price next to them. • You can also select the filter icon next to the search box and select “My

Fonts” under Ownership to display all fonts that you own, are subscribed to, or that are free.

Cricut Basics ( iOS):

1. Launch the Cricut Basics App.

2. Free Images:

• Click Images and then All Images.

Note: The images and fonts that are included with the Cricut Access trial will have a green "a" next to them, and can be used for free until the trial expires.

• Apply the filter from the right side to show Free images.

3. Free Fonts:

• Click Text from the bottom.• The free fonts in the list will not have a price next to them.

Note: As of now, the New Machine Setup cannot be done through the Cricut Basics iOS App. Also, patterns are not available in the Design Space iOS App and Cricut Basics App.
