Conclusion • High level of dependency upon Leigh Creek by surrounding communities.

• Urgent planning needs to be undertaken to ensure critical services are not

lost when the Leigh Creek mine closes.

• Planning to ensure Roxby Downs develops a diversified economic base.

• Consultation required between Government, Mining Companies and Communities to generate a vision of an enduring community in Leigh Creek and Roxby Downs.
