the others.

cooking, repairing house or building it; staying alert

against external threats and coordinating activities with

other women. Multi-tasking thought

Pre-historic man: Hiding himself behind the bushes, hitting a buffalo with stone, then finding out the return way. One-way thinking style

Are we prepared to an effective change program?

Prior to the thought of increasing the women number at leadership positions, it is required to conduct an evaluation regarding the balance in terms of the numbers of men and women employed:

– What is the number of employee working at our company?– Which career phase are they in? What is the women-men

balance in the leading positions? – How can you shift the given ratio in time?

An effective exchange programme can only be urged by top managers and be implemented when supported.
