C O N S U M E R C R E A T O R A N A L Y S T I need more than Excel. I need to understand information about my business immediately. All my questions cannot be answered in a static report. I need information in a tool and dashboard that doesn't require training. Weekly report updates aren't frequent enough. I'm really tired of asking for what I need. I prefer to view and interact with pre-configured dashboards & reports. I need to be able to personalize my dashboard to reflect my departmental needs. I need tools that will help me discover things I don't know. I need tools that work at the speed of my thoughts. I need a tool that will do smart things for me, like binning data. I need to see data and visual- izations at the same time. I need to trust that the information I'm viewing is up to date and valid. I need more than Excel I need access to some governed data. The reporting tools within my exisiting applications are not enough and don't provide me with a single version of the truth. I need access to a variety of raw datasets, and would work more efficiently without a managed dataset. I need to be able to use a dataset that I understand and don't want to deal with making calculations. I need to be able to share my findings with colleagues in a simple way, and without creating a full report. I need data that is easy to understand and in business- friendly terms. I need to be able to build new reports and dash- boards for my colleagues. I need to be able to share reports securely so people only see what they need to see. I need a tool that helps me understand my data in terms of the business. People think my requests are trivial and I'm tired of asking for what I need. The reporting tools inside my existing applications do not allow me to explore the data, or to combine multiple datasets. I need the flexibility to slice and dice data on an ad- hoc basis.
