• Tell someone you trust

• Tell school psychologist.

• Don’t bully the person back

Do’s

• Save the evidence: Print it out or save the file in your computer. If it is a mobile phone message keep the message and don’t delete it.

• Report the problem: social networking websites such as Facebook and MySpace have links where you can report abuse. Use them!

Don’ts• Don’t reply! The bully is expecting your response and your reaction is

usually exactly what the bully wants. So don’t reply and they will leave you.

• Don’t try to get back at the bully: that’ll simply turn you into a bully and reinforce his behavior.
