The consistency of imagery and written information throughout my three products is very strong, as they all illustrate the same image of my artist. This helps when  promoting and branding my artist, as my audience are exposed to a strong image, that will become familiar to them.

Similar style clothing used for all three products creates an image motif, whilst also creating continuity between all three products. It portrays a strong image that the target audience can relate to .

Close ups of the artist used in all three products, allows the audience to form a closer relationship, as they get to see all features of the artist, making them more likely to recognise the artist again.

Still photos were taken from the music video and incorporated into the digipak, so that the audience would recognise the artist already.

Main house colours are black and white. They were chosen because they complement the artist’s style and genre of music. This is because black and white creates a solemn mood, which reflects the subject of his lyrics and tone of voice.

The typography is the same in both ancillary tasks. This emphasises the continuity between the products, as well as illustrate a branded image that signifies the artist’s style and genre of music. The font ‘Copperplate’, helps illustrate that the artist’s songs involve serious subjects.

The record label logo printed on both products is typical of this type of product, as it shows who owns the product being promoted.

Relevant websites printed to allow audience to explore more about the artist and the record label he is signed to, if they wish.

The ‘Available on iTunes’ logo shows that the CD is accessible digitally from the internet, which aims to maximise revenue sales due to the change in how audiences can now access music.

Barcode portrays the product as genuine as it is eligible to be sold and purchased from retail stores.

Record label information involving date of published and the CD serial number, also make the product more realistic and genuine.

The advert has taken the image from the front cover of the digipak in order to promote the digipak accurately, and so the audience know what to look for if they want to purchase it.
