I know right now, sometimes it can feel

like you’ve lost control of your body.  

I used to be controlled by my reflection in the

mirror and it would send my confidence into the

gutter every single day. My weight controlled the

social situations I attended by making me wonder

who was going to be there, and if I wanted them to

see me after gaining all the weight. I even felt controlled by my clothes…..I

would cut any tag off the items that had an “L” or “XL” on them, because just

knowing those tags were on there made me feel ashamed.

USING THE

LAUNCH & IGNITE P H A S E S

     

 After opening your C.S. Daily Nutrition Blueprint, you will

see that the system consists of two, 14-day phases,

“Ignite” and “Launch”.

The first 2-week phase “Ignite” is specifically designed to act as a cleansing detoxification that not only promotes fat loss, but re-ignites your fat burning hormones.

CYCLING THE IGNITE & LAUNCH PHASES

You will start your program in the Ignite Phase first for 14 days,

followed by the Launch Phase for another 14 days. If you haven’t

lost all the weight you feel you have to lose, after completing the 2

phases (28 days total), simply begin again in Ignite for 2 weeks

followed by another 2 weeks of Launch. Follow this sequence until

   “Diet People” and “Exercise People” With almost 2 decades in the health and

wellness industry, I’ve come across two types of

people, Diet-People and Exercise-People.

Usually when it comes to losing weight, most

people are one or the other.

Some are used to eating like a bird for a little while trying to knock

off a couple pounds, and others would rather sweat it out in the gym

to fit into that new pair of jeans.

When it comes to food, weight loss food-rituals like flavor-pairing

Using Your

Movement-Sequencing Exercise Guide

Movement-Sequencing involves 2 types of movement

combinations, Full and Partial sequencing.

Full-Body Sequencing focuses on maximum engagement of the

entire body to elicit a concentrated and prolonged fat burning effect,

Partial-Sequencing actually targets trouble areas with specific

movements to bring up muscle-tone, while using a hormone known

as “catecholamine” to stimulate lipolysis or fat burning in the body.

If you’re looking for your daily dose of science and the exact premise

of each of these exercise styles, please refer to your C.S.Movement

Sequencing Book. However, this is the QUICK Start Guide, so for

now let’s just figure out the quickest way to switch your fat-burning

hormones into overdrive.

WORKOUT ORDER  In  the  Workout  section  of  your  Movement-­‐Sequencing  Guide,  all  of  your  workouts  are  listed  in  order  of  how  I  want  you  to  do  them.        They   are   also   numbered   so   that   there   is   no   question   of   which  workout  to  perform  on  any  given  day.    

HOW OFTEN Depending  on  how  close  you  are  to  your  body’s  ideal  goal  weight,    or  how  experienced  you  are  at  exercise,  you  may  scale  the  amount  of  workouts  you  perform  in  a  given  week.    Although   specific   guidelines   are   listed   in   your   Movement-­‐Sequencing  Guide,  here  is  the  big  takeaway:    The  further  you  are  away  from  your   ideal  goal  weight,   the   less  you  need  to  exercise.      The  truth  is,  when  you  have  more  weight  to  lose,  your  body  will  help  you  more  to  lose  it;  it  wants  you  to  be  healthy  and  it  will  do  its  best  to  help  you  get  there.    For  those  of  you  who  only  have  10-­‐20  pounds  to  lose,  you’re  going  to  have  to  actually  “convince”  your  body  that  it  needs  to  lose  more  weight.

HOW LONG/WORKOUT CYCLES The  solution  to  this  question  is  relative  to  the  last  answer  –  what  I  mean   is,   the   LENGTH  of   your  workouts   should   correspond  with  how  much  weight  you  feel  you  need  to   lose.    The  MORE  weight  you  have  to  lose  =  The  LESS  time  you  need  to  spend  during  a  given  workout.    I  should  note  here  that  if  you  have  the  time  to  workout  more,  take  advantage  of   it  because  you  will  definitely  be  rewarded  for  your  effort.    Both  of  these  questions  are  answered  below  with  some  straight  forward   recommendations   on   how   much   (“WORKOUTS   PER  WEEK”)   exercise   you   should   do,   and   for   how   long   (“CYCLES”)  based  on  your  total  weight  loss  foal:

right  away,  now  all  you  gotta  do  is  take  action.    

Below are some of the key points to start you moving in the right direction:

   ü  Go  to  your  Daily  Nutrition  Blueprint  and  Review  your  Phase  1  

IGNITE  14-­‐Day  Calendar.    Choose  to  follow  the  Done-­‐For-­‐You  calendar   or   plan   out   your   own   Calendar   Using   the   Do-­‐It-­‐Yourself  Calendar.  

   ü  Make   a   grocery   list   based   on   your   calendar   and   the  meals  

listed  in  the  Daily  Meal  Guide  Section  &  Bonus  Recipe  Guides.    Have  a   look  at  some  of  the  key  Weight  Loss  Rituals   like  the  Flavor-­‐Pairings  &  Food  Combinations  and  prep  some  of   the  staples  in  advance  for  convenience.  

   ü  Decide   if  you’re  ready  to  start  exercising  right  away  or  wait  

until  later  on.      If  you’re  ready  to  roll,  decide  whether  you  are  going  to  exercise  every  other  day  OR  use  the  3  days  on  1  day

off   schedule   and   book   them   into   your   week.     Make   an  appointment  with  YOURSELF  for  YOURSELF!
