USING THE
LAUNCH & IGNITE P H A S E S
After opening your C.S. Daily Nutrition Blueprint, you will
see that the system consists of two, 14-day phases,
“Ignite” and “Launch”.
The first 2-week phase “Ignite” is specifically designed to act as a cleansing detoxification that not only promotes fat loss, but re-ignites your fat burning hormones.
• Unlike traditional cleanses, you won’t have to starve yourself

WORKOUT ORDER In the Workout section of your Movement-‐Sequencing Guide, all of your workouts are listed in order of how I want you to do them. They are also numbered so that there is no question of which workout to perform on any given day.
HOW OFTEN Depending on how close you are to your body’s ideal goal weight, or how experienced you are at exercise, you may scale the amount of workouts you perform in a given week. Although specific guidelines are listed in your Movement-‐Sequencing Guide, here is the big takeaway: The further you are away from your ideal goal weight, the less you need to exercise. The truth is, when you have more weight to lose, your body will help you more to lose it; it wants you to be healthy and it will do its best to help you get there. For those of you who only have 10-‐20 pounds to lose, you’re going to have to actually “convince” your body that it needs to lose more weight.
HOW LONG/WORKOUT CYCLES The solution to this question is relative to the last answer – what I mean is, the LENGTH of your workouts should correspond with how much weight you feel you need to lose. The MORE weight you have to lose = The LESS time you need to spend during a given workout. I should note here that if you have the time to workout more, take advantage of it because you will definitely be rewarded for your effort. Both of these questions are answered below with some straight forward recommendations on how much (“WORKOUTS PER WEEK”) exercise you should do, and for how long (“CYCLES”) based on your total weight loss foal:
