Test always. Test often. Page Like Sponsored Story -- Shown only to friends of your page. Most effective after growing your fan numbers. Test -- When is your audience on Facebook? How much do they want to hear from you? What do they want you to say? Keep the ROI going, don't just rely on ads. That's why they don't work in most other places (lack of engagement).
