HOW MONO AND TAPE FABRIC IS MANUFACTURED?

STEP 1

In order to manufacture mono and tape yarn HDPE, master batch and UV granule is required. After that all three of them are mixed together according to different required quantity and a mixture is formed which we call it a recipe.

STEP 2

The recipe is brought to the mono and tape yarn machines where they are processed to form the yarn.

STEP 3

Once the yarn is formed they are transferred into warping department where only the mono yarn is converted into beams.

No need to convert tape yarn into beams as they are processed into crill.

STEP 4

The beams for mono yarn and crill for tape yarn are moved into raschel knit machinery department and waterjet machinery department where the fabric is formed.

The Raschel Knit machine helps in making mono yarn and tape X mono yarn which is used for domestic and commercial purpose such as greenhouse.

The Waterjet machine helps to manufacture woven fabric. Once the fabric is manufactured its moved into lamination department where the fabric goes through a Ldpe coating to formed waterproof fabric called Tarpaulin.
