Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, PeroxyChem’sinternal audit firm, had been utilizing ERPMaestro's Access Analyzer to identify SoDconflicts for their clients and introducedPeroxyChem to the solution. After ademonstration, it became clear that AccessAnalyzer would be able to help them meetthe objective of identifying existing SoDconflicts simply and quickly whileenabling continuous monitoring goingforward. In addition, Access Analyzer’scloud-based subscription model made itpossible for PeroxyChem to staycomfortably within the budget that hadbeen set for a solution. In addition to SoDAnalysis and reporting, they found value inEmergency Access Controls and Secureand Compliant Provisioning.

PeroxyChem began by generating SoD analysis reports using AccessAnalyzer almost daily for the first four months. With this diligent use ofthe tool they were able to identify conflicts for remediation, have themcorrected, and document mitigating controls for those that could not

be remediated. The result of this intensive process was a 97%reduction of all SoD conflicts in PeroxyChem’s SAP environment.Now, Access Analyzer is run monthly to ensure the environmentremains clean and to catch new conflicts. With SoDs now undercontrol, the team can set their sights on automating EmergencyAccess and Secure & Compliant Provisioning workflows that will

enable preventative controls.
