HOW TO ACCESS eRequest ON WINDOWS USING FIREFOX

PSI Software has had customers informing that suppliers cannot access eRequest from a Windows environment using the Firefox browser. An Add-on needs to be installed and the steps on how to are supplied in this documentation.

1. When you open Firefox go to Tools Add-ons

2. Click Get Add-ons

3. In the window below type IE Tab and hit enter

4. Select the one that’s named IE Tab 1.5.20090525 by PCMan (Hong Jen Yee), yuoo2k

5. If it doesn’t appear in the list click see all results at the bottom

6. The add-ons page will open, from there select the one in step 4 look for the user, it should be the third one on the list

7. Click the Add to Firefox(Windows) Button

8. When it finish installing it will ask you to reset Firefox, click yes

9. When Firefox re-opens you will have the add-on installed

10. When a page tells you that it needs to run on internet explorer just right click inside the page and select View Page In IE Tab
